Region free is nice. A friend of mine - who shuns games - bought himself a new TV. One of those big flat arrangements that takes up half the wall in the biggest room of the house. Needless to say it was a very expensive piece of hardware and his choice was to buy a new kitchen or a new TV. The way I see it, the fashion accessory won out over domestic necessity. His house is a shambles but he does own all the latest toys.
Single men have an odd sense of priority.
Anyway, not being interested in games, he bought a Playstation 3 to go with his home V-Max because of its Blu-Ray capability and no doubt for the region free feature as well.
